Megan Wolfe, BA, MS, is a certified mindfulness and meditation practitioner. Megan has taken 12 years of special education experience, a degree in psychology, and social emotional learning training, to create a thriving mindfulness business. Since launching Our Mindful Way, Megan has made a significant difference in the lives of hundreds of women. She has a sincere passion for helping others find joy in the journey by being present in the moment and finding calmness and clarity in a world cluttered with joy disrupters. Her carefully curated mindfulness techniques and practices are tailored to meet her wide variety of clients’ needs. Megan specializes in helping busy women and leaders gain more alignment, clarity, presence, fulfillment, and inner peace. Mindfulness is truly the gift that keeps on giving, and her tangible, real-life tools immediately impact in all areas of life.

Megan currently offers workshops and private sessions for high-achieving women, entrepreneurs, and businesses.

Megan lives in New Jersey about a half hour outside of New York City with her husband and two children. Megan enjoys spending her time being active and enjoys hiking and coaching sports.
